I assume that we will completely adopt the deepAK8 tagger for the t-tag regions, but the anti-tag region definition is still a little ambiguous and needs further investigation before we can adopt it. For now, it is just commented out in the processor(s).

This should be a simple fix, but I should get to it ASAP and make sure our workflow doesn't break along the way. Deadline is set for Dec. 31st, 2022.

I recently elaborated the iffy-ness of our trigger efficiency plots, compared with those seen in the 2016 AN, to Fabio over slack. The start of the discussion can be found here.

So far, I have only noted this to be occurring in the trigger analysis processor. I will keep an eye out for similar problems with filling other histograms for various categories.

This is being investigated while reproducing 2016 analysis and comparing results from previous analysis.

I think I know what went wrong and I will try a solution soon. If that doesn't work however, I will need more time to track down the cause of the issue.

The SingleMu Datasets for 2017 and 2018 have been recently submitted by Fabio. Once I include them in the workflow, we can begin running the trigger efficiency analysis on those years as done before with 2016. Should we still consider 2D hists if we have spare time?

This will be periodically updated until completion, but it is not complete yet, so anyone else that is not directly involved in the writing of the code may struggle immensely to use it or even understand it for the sake of critique.

When we have some spare time, lets set up a meeting where we can go over how you were able to successfully implement the JECs and JERs, and what difficulties we face in permanently implementing them into the workflow. Sal, you can join as well if you wish ;)
