Port Audio Sc68 to Arm

Make Sc68 audio plugin work on Arm (Android target).
Also update to last emulation engine (3.x, instead of 2.x before).

Stereo mode?

Expected Behavior

Most actual players allow you to switch between mono / stereo.
A left B centre C right
A left C centre B right
mono

Actual Behavior

Currently mono can sound distorted.
