Version 1.x-4.26.1 incompatible with PHP 5.6. about webform

Are you still having issues? The latest version of Backdrop includes a menu item under reports that lists debugging info that could be helpful. Any other messages in the logs?

Hi Laryn, Thanks for the response. I downloaded the latest version (1.x4.26.3) , no 500 error, but the form is completely unresponsive, i.e. I get a blank screen. Backdrop is at 1.28.2 Check the logs: nothing in there related to webform. Went back to the old version (1.x.4.24.2) and it works fine again. My first instinct is to say it's probably a PHP version issue. Any chance you have a dev site you can test upgrading PHP on?

Ah, I did a quick look at a comparison between the versions and I think some ?? operators made their way in.

• 1.x-4.24.2...1.x-4.26.3
  Those are available only as of PHP 7.x so those could be the issue in this case.

I think that is the issue @laryn. I vaguely recall that d7 Webform had increased the minimum PHP version. I thought I had changed the ?? but now I'm not sure.

That would be the other option -- increase the php minimum.
