After the event sales.refund.save.after is fired check if the order payment is done with MultiSafePay.
Only if the order has been payed by one of MultiSafePay payment methods send the refund request to MultiSafePay .

By selecting a payment type such as Mastercard or Apple Pay, once the order is completed and redirected to the payment link, click on cancel, the invoice is generated, which remains pending but there is no way to record the payment

Currently MultisafePay is being displayed as a payment method, instead it should show all payment methods that MultiSafePay provides.

Inside Payment/MultiSafePay.php a method has been added getAvailablePaymentMethods().
