Program to process CSV of Apple Health Data and import the records into InfluxDB suitable for creating personal dashboards.

Dependencies

• Node modules
  • minimist: For parsing command line options
  • debug: For logging
  • @fast-csv/parse: For CSV parsing
  • influx: Interface with the InfluxDB

Installation and Setup

• Install InfluxDB (localhost works fine): https://www.influxdata.com/products/influxdb-overview/

• git clone https://github.com/balain/healthDataGrapher
  npm install

• Run node app.js

Development setup

To turn on debug output, set the DEBUG environment variable, like so:

set DEBUG=*
