Put a link to the Heroku instance in the documentation

You have a live example at http://rentmybike-rails.herokuapp.com/ but there is no reference to it in the Github repo.

An older version is also floating around at https://rentmybike.co/ but the functionality of that old version is broken. A link to the new site here would help prevent people from looking at the old site.

Add security seal

Add a security seal to the page so we know who powers Rent My Bike.

The relevant code would be something like
