if you are spying a class that does not have an empty constructor & you need to specify values (no defaults, or they aren't appropriate) there's now way to do this if you prefix it with spy

Maybe allow an annotation?

The workaround is to do the work in your own setUp (just like you would before)

This would allow it to imported into other TestCase types. IE Zend_Test_PHPUnit_ControllerTestCase
