Put nat-traverse tunnel in the same project context and include it in makefile

ntvld needs to use diferent /etc/hosts.{allow, deny} located at /etc/ntvl/ntvl.{allow, deny}

When an error condition exists, executables throw messages to syslog but nothing to the screen.
User may ignore those error conditions, but only be aware of that when nodes & supernodes does not function as expected.

Make it available at startup: ntvld

/etc/init.d/ntvl
/etc/rc?.d run levels links
/etc/ntvl/ntvl.conf
/etc/ntvl/ntvl.allow
/etc/ntvl/ntvl.deny

Ubuntu:
service ntvld { start | stop | restart }

What if node wants multiple connections in 1-n supernodes?
What about tunnels ?

Create a default tunnel command to route traffic between node pairs.

Add discussion groups for the project

Systems without ssh can use ntvl-tunnel to establish connections and run specified commands. But, if the ssh is installed in the current machine, ntvld can create SSH tunnels (always using an /etc/ntvl/ntvl.conf file).

Options for ntvld are:

1. Run unencrypted tunnel without command (netcat)
2. Run unencrypted tunnel with specific command (pppd, openvpn)
3. Run pseudo encrypted tunnel using SSH command.
4. Run encrypted tunnel using SSH directly.

Create appropiate config file used by ntvld to call:

• node
• supernode
• tunnel
