Requirements

• Mongo DB server
• JDoodle API key (Optional: needed for eval command)
• Google Custom Search Key (Optional: needed for find command)
• Twitch API application (Optional: Required for stream status feature)
• HTTPS Reverse Proxy (Optional: needed for Twitch)

Drop non-slash commands

Announcement 04.08.2021
As of today, we're going to drop support for Message Commands, the reasoning being Discord announcing deprecation for message contents for verified bots and therefore also wanting devs to move on from message commands. BankoBot will continue to allow using message commands as long as neither Discord drops our acccess to the message content or kordx.commands will migrate to being a slash commands lib. However we'll stop accepting Bug Reports for message commands and not consider compatibility with message commands for new features/commands

I think we should drop Support for non slash commands, so we can fully use the new features of discord without having to write 5k lines of Code Just for supporting both variants. When we implement this we have to find a solution for a better experience with some tag commands. Especially those which require multi line arguments.

Aliases not working

No Response on unknown tag

The Bot isn't responding when receiving an unknown tag.

Commands

It seems like non slash commands are currently broken. no clue why.

extra args to ping people

it would be nice if you could do like xd docs spigot Player
and the bot would respond with @ the given user.
That would make things easier as the person would know that this command executed by me is an answer to his question.

Docs parser doesn't show implementing classes

Interface and abstract class doc should show implementations and sub interfaces

Respond with an embed on unknown tag

Just a reminder so I don't forget to annoy @DRSchlaubi tomorrow with this

tag Search not working

hastebin Command Bug

The Hastebin command does also include the prefix when posting to hastebin

E.g xd hastebin hi turns into xd hastebin hi on hastebin instead of just hi

Calculator not working properly

List Tags does not check args

Bot not starting without docs server

Blacklist command doesn't need a permission

The PermissionLevel for the Blacklist command is ALL. Everyone can use the command

Tag response as Embed

As @GermanJag suggested, we may put the response to the tag command in an embed.

Docs parser parses packages wrong

If we have net.dv8tion.jda.JDA it ends the package before the 8 SO 8tion.jda.JDA gets the package

Webhooks not working

The Twitch Webhooks are not working. Don't know why

Function Support Calculator
