1、请问network这个程序中的proximity-class.a.csv，Rcode.class.factor.selection这个程序中的exp.class.csv和predict.data.csv分别对应了您的researchgate中SI. Experimental proteins identification.xlsx、SI.Model performance on selected individuals with tenfold validation.xlsx、SI.Experimental verification on selected individual proteins.xlsx中的哪一个呢？
2、在Rcode.class.factor.selection这个程序中绘制MDS图时，里面的core.color和mo.color分别对应的是什么呢，为何我画图时它是空集？
3、在Rcode.class.factor.selection这个程序中绘制MDS图时，里面的Nanoparticle.core和Modification又是什么呢？我在class.280.save.csv中并没有找到相应的项。
如果您能回复，我将不胜感激！

作者您好，请问您在PANS上公开的653条数据（188列）中，前10列是作为特征输入，后178列是作为随机森林的输出吗?模型每次输出的是一列数据还是178列数据呢？

thanks a million for this brilliant work, I find it extremely helpful and inspiring.
I'm trying to reproduce your results but I'm having some issues with the code. I'm using the data you have shared in your ResearchGate page, but I'm still having a lot of basic errors (undefined columns selected, returning Null values,...) so I was wondering if there is a specific version of R you recommend. I'm currently running the code in RStudio with R 4.2.3.
