Add a directive, like ngEnter that will call the function passed to that attribute's value when the user keys Enter.

e.g.,

Maybe use the mongoose-paginate NPM package. This will allow the All Books page to split results up across views and without having to load ALL the books at once.

Maybe have a set limit of 30 books per page/view.

We'll use this to get book cover pictures, etc.

The next and prev links in navigation could still be triggered by accesskey, even when ng-show has those links hidden

And maybe add U elements to hint at accesskeys

I currently have a slide down effect in jQuery that brings down a menu when one of the user's two trade buttons is clicked. The problem is using jQuery's slideDown() is not as "buttery" as CSS animations.

...what I could do is use jQuery Transit, which still allows me to use the jQuery I already have in place, but the animation is done over CSS.
