What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Flash phone with fresh Cyanogen 4.1.11.1 mod
2. Install CMUpdater
3. Use QR scanner on the XDA forums 2D barcode

What is the expected output? 
-- Begin download of zip file
What do you see instead?
-- "Target is not a zip file, please check"
Assuming this is pointing to the JSON file, but unsure as it doesn't give 
any more error detail than that. I am not sure what a JSON file is, so to 
fix I did this:

Manual creation of 2D barcode of the following URL to scan and point 
CMUpdater works.
