Currently the game places the ships automatically for the computer and for any human player. We need to implement the ManualPlacementStrategy class that will allow human players to place their ships themselves.

We need to choose a test runner and add automated test to the game.

The method Player.has_ships() to report if there are any remaining ships by tracking the ships in a class variable instead of looping through the entire board.

When there are more than two players, we need to notify all players when a player is destroyed.
