Need to finish up the remove stuff so you can actually delete the commands.

Need to make a page to generate and delete custom commands

The oauth should be checked to make sure that the name and oauth that has been given will allow the bot to connect to irc on the web side, instead of silently not connecting on the python side.

It would look nicer than the stock rails ones.

Web side should signal python to update the user's info when they hit save.

Most likely related to scope changes on the oauth tokens themselves. Might be easy or not, unsure at this time.
