Molecular Dynamics Simulation of the Uniaxial Tensile Test of a Graphene Sample in LAMMPS

The first MATLAB script (input_files.m) can be used to create the input files for LAMMPS in order to simulate uniaxial tensile test of a graphene sample shown below.

The second MATLAB script (stress_strain.m) can be used to plot the stress-strain curve shown below. Remove the initial part of the log. lammps file if you want to use the stress_strain.m directly.
