Migrate to latest SDK.v3

Right now we are using SDK.v1 that will be deprecated.

Shall use latest one instead.

Set explicit versions to dependencies in glide.yaml

We should avoid having versions unset since glide's cache makes weird things in that case.
A sane aproach may be:

latest stable version for all external dependencies and those internal dependencies with stable versions.
latest commit in master for internal dependencies without stable versions.

CI: migrate to src-d/ci and add release profile

https://github.com/src-d/ci/tree/v1 is a standard build system for applications that does all the things current make file does (build in docker, etc).

TODOs

replace current make file with a new one, based on src-d/ci
add release profile to .travis.yml for DockerHub push as well as binary built on tag

List available tools and usage on README.md

The project is missing a list of the currently available tools, at least a short description of each one and how is their usage in the README.md. So far it is hard to know which are them and what are them about without building it and digging into the code.
