Search Bento for "Just Mercy" and click Video (or scroll down to Video results) and the first item does not display. First it asks to Sign in and then No Record is Available. https://library.bc.edu/search/?any=just+mercy

The bento client is creating links in a PCI context for DVDs.

Clicking a skip to link scrolls the page to that heading but does not change the URL. We should make the links work more like a traditional <a href="#section"> link by updating the URL. We should also support navigating directly to a section heading with a #section URL.

For example: clicking Videos should update the URL to /search/?any=terms#video and scroll to the Video section. If a user copies and pastes the URL, it should load the page and jump to the Video section as well.

Example

Default behavior should be to search on selection.
