make: *** No rule to make target `mx6qsmarc_config'. Stop.

I using this meta-bcm for building linux first it compiled sucessfully after a while it starts to show that it can't able to get the license file so i changed the licese file as "MIT" i got the following mentioned error. So i tried new meta-bcm and then compiled error is same as below.
