✨ Optionally set `NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS` globally

Optionally set the NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS environment variable to the point to the created bundle.crt.

This will fix errors similar to:

FetchError: request to https://****** failed, reason: unable to verify the first certificate
     at ClientRequest.<anonymous> (/usr/local/lib/***)
     at ClientRequest.emit (node:events:513:28)
     at TLSSocket.socketErrorListener (node:_http_client:502:9)
     at TLSSocket.emit (node:events:525:35)
     at emitErrorNT (node:internal/streams/destroy:151:8)
     at emitErrorCloseNT (node:internal/streams/destroy:116:3)
     at process.processTicksAndRejections (node:internal/process/task_queues:82:21)

Issue Title

✨ Allow multiple certificates to be installed

Description

The current implementation allows only a single certificate to be installed, add the option to install multiple certificates.

Security validation error during installation

When installing this feature with an unverified source, the error is raised:

Error: unable to verify the first certificate
     at TLSSocket.onConnectSecure (node:_tls_wrap:1530:34)
     at TLSSocket.emit (node:events:526:28)
     at TLSSocket._finishInit (node:_tls_wrap:944:8)
     at ssl.onhandshakedone (node:_tls_wrap:725:12)

✨ Allow retrieving certificates from insecure hosts

Allow the source parameter to be set to an insecure https host for retrieving certificates.

✨ Add a `bundle.crt` with all custom root certs
