Add CSS to all the elements

Items should be added using an add a card button below all previous items. An element should be added and an input box automatically created for the card's name. The card item should open a modal once it is clicked, empty for now.

Add three tabs to be added to each list:

• Pending
• Completed

Also add javascript for these to be able to switch, as well as redraw elements that fit the current category.
