Need to add documentation on:

• capabilities
• usage
• assumptions

Right now we're really just a node script masquerading as a cli.

And we can only be run from source.

Need to consider:

• publishing on npm
• running as a "binary" (or at minimum running the script from a package instead of source
• making it work with npx and friends (yarn dlx, pnpx...)

We should be able to add comments/notes to keys one time, to aid translators.

We should be able to indicate in spreadsheet exports that a key has changed in the base language and therefore needs retranslating, even though there's already a target language value present.

This could probably be achieved using a dummy language file, since that'll map the keys to data already.
