No better way to integrate Vue and Pug?

1. Hi, I was searching through a proper implementation of Vue Express and Pug and stumbled upon your code.
2. It seems you are the doing the same thing I was doing. Setting up the Vue engine in your express app file and then inside each pug file individually including vue.js and writing vue syntax directly.
3. I was wondering if you are aware of a better way to do this. This seems server side rendered no doubts, using anything like nuxt will come with its own issues but this type of solution does not offer the Vue syntax that you want to work with inside pug files. Any ideas
