Analyses for the manuscript "Prenatal PCB exposure alters a shared neurodevelopmental DNA methylation profile in mouse placenta and fetal brain".

My bioinformatics research examines the interface between gene regulation and neuroscience. Most of my postdoctoral research was related to developing DMRichR and CpG_Me, which enable the analysis of low-pass whole genome bisulfite sequencing.
