Force HTTPS

Currently the site can be viewed on HTTP. It would be good to force HTTPS

Migrate away from Eri

Eri has increasingly become a React-based design system and is not a good fit for this project which has no framework.

Would be good to remove Eri as a dependency. I believe it would make meditation-timer more maintainable (fewer dependencies, easier to understand code, less worry about upgrades breaking things etc) and would benefit the user as the CSS file would be smaller.
