Problem:

• Current set of categories is hard coded as an enum
• Importing a file with unknown categories will fail with no warning
• User can't add/remove categories

Solution

• No hard coded categories
• When a file is imported, use the categories present in the file
• Add CSV header so we can identify what column is for category (makes it more versatile)
• If no file is imported, user should still be able to select a category with a drop down
• User should be able to create categories manually. TBD if this is will be in its own menu or part of the Entry Adder
