@tmushayahama What is the exact issue here and where is it cropping up? It may be possible to just filter them out at your end in compilation. @pkalita-lbl may also have some insight here given recent work around AmiGO.

@tmushayahama Go ahead and add this to the most proximate project.

Also noting geneontology/amigo#650 and the work from @pkalita-lbl.

Adding more context to this, a typical error is this
Error: Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'http' in 'C:\work\go\noctua-form-base
\node_modules\bbop-rest-manager\lib'
A work around for webpack was to add extra config and ignore plugin like so
However, if you are using other bundlers like rollup, there is no easy way to ignore plugins

Honestly, I'd be tempted to derive a json-ld file from https://github.com/geneontology/go-site/blob/master/metadata/db-xrefs.yaml (and make part of our data products) and just use curie-util-es5, if it works like that--I have not personally examined this lib for a while.
The old bbop-js library is unpleasantly crusty at this point. If we had kept on it's maintenance and been using it as a core component, it probably would be in a better state these days. However, it has gotten a bit behind and still has some cruft that is problematic outside of its remaining uses in amigo and noctua (as you've run into). Because of that, I think it might be worth exploring curie-util-es5 so that we're at least using some common code and definitely common metadata.
