Handling a commands with multiple args fails if a value is not provided for some
Write docs for how to use loki without handler-generating macro
and what the macro-itself is doing
Use `macro.quote` more
Should probably use quote do https://nim-lang.org/docs/macros.html#quote%2Ctyped%2Cstring more in the handler macro.
Automatically generate help command for handler
For listing available commands (eg. help) and allowed arguments for each (eg. help command).
Probably needs a columnize-like proc to display a list of strings as a compact set of columns.
Generate call for generated `default` proc instead of repeating statmenet list
