Walls are too sticky

Ever since fixing wall collisions by applying the damping factor to all velocity components, the ball can't really slide along the walls any longer, as they are too "sticky".

Fix debug mode

The code to draw the 1D/2D debug output is missing from the minimized deployed JavaScript; this might be a bug with Rollup. See, for example, rollup/rollup#3533
