aliasman's Issues

Allow setting with `=` for parity with the alias file

All these should be one in the same.

aliasman cat bat --style=plain
aliasman cat 'bat --style=plain'
aliasman cat='bat --style=plain'

This could possibly be done with cut -d'=' -f1, cut -d'=' -f2-... but I'm not sure how we'd ignore subsequent =s.

Also, the word alias should be ignored:

aliasman alias cat bat --style=plain
aliasman alias cat='bat --style=plain'

The idea is that someone should be able to copy and paste an existing alias in front of aliasman:

# copy this
alias cat='bat --style=plain'

# paste here
aliasman alias cat='bat --style=plain'

Put the twitch / youtube stream link in the README

I created aliasman live. We should put the link in the README, just like we have for https://duckdns.sh.
