Try out this function for keeping buffers clean
keymap("n", "<F7>", ":%bd |e# | bd#<cr> |'\"", opts) -- close all buffers except current & restore cursor position in current buffer

[Suggestion] Insert -> normal mode transition

Hey! I saw that you have very popular jk insert mode binding to enter normal mode.

I think this may interest you if you experience any delay with this bindind:
