The codebase was coded by requiring a lot of manual intervention. Also, all the code that is currently written here is only for the cosine similarity analysis that was added for one of the reviewer.

To generate the same thing as EEGapp and to make everything automatic I will be using NeuroAlgo. I will have to modify the Recording class to read a .mat file however. This will allow us to generate all the figures for the analysis automatically by simply changing the bandpass!
