By raw, I meant not polished but in a good shape to be cut and paste into inkscape (the software I am using to edit pictures). Here I should replicate what I had before.

I need to figure out where I've put the data and to download it locally so I can start analysing it properly. This should be properly documented in the README.md

I think I remember that some part of the code was analysed using EEGap, if it is the case I need to note how to bring it back to NeuroAlgo format so that we can run it faster.

This includes the wPLI and dPLI figures along with the topographic maps.
At that point I should drop the figures on a channel on Slack to get more feedback about what kind of figure to reproduce.

Once the figures are in .png form I should do the following:

• Find the tif file that you can put the new matrices on top of
• Generate the figure for all egi matrices
• Generate the panel for beta pli
• Generate the panel for beta dpli
• Generate the panel for theta pli
• Generate the panel for theta dpli
• Generate the panel for delta pli
• Generate the panel for delta dpli
• go to sleep

I need to centralize the code for this particular paper and make sure everything I need to do the analysis for the paper is here.
