Readme.md issue with pip install
In README.MD under Install the code requirements running the command:
pip install -r requirements
throws an error of:
Could not open requirements file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'requirements'
Recommend changing line to read:
pip install -r requirements.txt
I can submit a PR if needed.
