Link in BCO Cheat Sheet for "spec_version" resolves to: https://w3id.org/ieee/ieee-2791-schema/%22 which is not valid. It should be:

Also BCO Cheat Sheet has PowerPoint Presentation as it's title in the browser.

The SEQC2 link on the About page is broken, so I removed it.
