Cambiar estado de reclamo se ve feardo

Cuando se acepte #13
ReclamoTab con Rol de Admin
Si, se ve feardo porque no tuve tiempo de ponerlo prolijo.
Debería también actualizar el ReclamoTab padre para que cambie el estado en el título, pero ésto es más estético y de baja prioridad

botón de mostrar imágenes no se deshabilita

Una vez se acepte #13
En ReclamoTab / ImagenesPorReclamo / AlbumBoton
La idea es que se deshabilite si el reclamo no tiene imágenes, pero siempre aparece como habilitado.
Arranca con "cerrar álbum", en vez de "ver álbum", como debería. Una vez lo tocás, se arregla

Fix login roles

Unit tabs not displaying info

The unit tabs are not displaying the information correctly, they are being generated but appearently cant parse information as they should.

Manejar propiedades de login correctamente

Esto está hecho a medias, pero no llegué a montar el back nuevo con todo lo que @bizk hizo para chequear que ande entero. Por las pruebas rápidas que hice, no hay que hacer mucho quilombo.
Ojo, depende de la versión que bajes, los links a la ApiRest pueden andar o no (simplemente pq tenemos dos proyectos montados en distintas máquinas y con distintas rutas. Cambiá al link del servidor que te corresponda y tas flama)

Building Id not flowing

The building id when selected from the sidebar is not updateing the rest of the elements.
They are not receiving it
