A place to gather contributions by the vvvv community that:

• don’t get added to the core libraries for reasons
• don’t (yet?) merit their own nuget packages
• get lost in the chat or forum otherwise

Using the library

In order to use this library with VL you have to install the nuget that is available via nuget.org. For information on how to use nugets with VL, see Managing Nugets in the VL documentation. As described there you go to the commandline and then type:

nuget install VL.Addons

missing shader "ConstantShader (TextureTransform)"

hi,

the "QuadRenderer (TextureTransform)" node contains the shader "ConstantShader (TextureTransform)", which is missing in the nuget (v.0.0.5).

the nice spritesheet player is therefore broken.

Add Line with width by catweasel

I did post this in contributions before, but it doesn't seem to be there any more, and searches for line with width for stride don't show up much help. I finally remembered I'd made one a while back, so here it is, incase I come searching for it again
For when you need some simple cpu bound lines with width

Sorry I did make a quick clean up and a simple points in one. It uses a dynamic mesh which is listed as obsolete, but the new one didn't seem to work. And yes still 5.3 because 6 has broken serialization I'm using elsewhere

Add missing TextureFX Enum Forwards

Fix Milkydrop example

It's picking up Blend from VL.Stride.TextureFX not the Addons one for some reason.

Echo output is always 16bit per channel

The echo node converts the input to 16 bit, which is understandable to create the information bandwidth for the effect to work well, but maybe it should convert back to the original input, or have an override option.

Revisit ColorPerInstance (Modulo) once SRgbToLinear is of type GPU<RGBA>

Fix help patches for crop and clamp

They are currently referencing the standard VL.Stride versions for some reason...
