Blocto deposits not matched with exchange withdraws

In the CSV generated by 9ccc43d, I get a row like this

On import, Koinly does not match this up with the withdraw from my exchange wallet, resulting in a separate withdraw and deposit transactions instead of a merged transfer.

If instead the row is this, then it works

I haven't tried to debug which specific field is the key, but my first guess was the date formatting since Koinly specifies

All date fields must be formatted like this: YYYY-MM-DD HH:mm:ss. For ex. if you want to enter 5th Jan 2019 the date will be 2019-01-05. All dates should be in UTC.
