ct-intensity-segmentation's Introduction

Why statement

I believe in sharing AI research experiences with blogs & open-source and creating useful human-centered AI solutions.

Core projects

Who am I?

I love minimalism, simplicity, and honesty. In social terms, I am an Electrical and Biomedical Engineer (MEng + MSc) interested in the development of human-centered AI. I am currently conducting my Ph.D. research at the University of Dusseldorf. I occasionally publish blog posts on AI Summer. Previous AI research projects that I consciously participated in include radiotherapy research for people with cancer (2020), Greek Sign Language solution systems (2019) and educational games for people with disabilities (2018).

ct-intensity-segmentation's Issues

xyzt_units info missing in image?

According to the article, pixdim should be caculated in by the unit mm, which means the xyzt_units in Nifti1Header should be 2. But I got xyzt_units : 0 in the images.

Wondering if the xyzt_units info is lost in the image?

BTW, thanks for the great tutorial.
