This is probably an issue with test launcher

When using Run Test Line with my cursor on, for example, line 57, the test runner runs the command cd /my-dir && bundle exec rspec /my-dir/my_spec.rb:56 (running line 56 instead of 57). This causes problems if I'm on the spec's name.

When a test is run, it should switch focus to the terminal window. Sometimes the terminal window is just blank, you and have to switch off the tab and back to it in order to actually see the output.

It's annoying to have to scroll to the bottom of each test run since it doesn't do this automatically. It's also difficult to tell the different test runs apart. It'd be better to clear things out.

Right now the extension opens a new terminal for every test run - it should instead reuse them.
