Should keep track of streams' uptime without resetting to zero on quick stream restarts.

Some of the modules might be missing config documentation or modules don't have any config options.
The Song module doesn't show and configurations or it doesn't let you change user level for command. Raffle module is the same as song doesn't show a config option in the documentation.

when you remove a command the ids for the commands don't become free.
example:
if you make a command and it gets id 1 then you unset the command and then make a new command the new command will have the id 2 instead of 1.

Current gradle build puts it in the wrong folder; needs to be in bin

This is kinda a big deal, lol.

When posting a link to a tweet with an image inside, Discord does not embed the image currently. BalyBot could grab the image link and do that for us.

Twitter embed only makes sense to be available for Discord.

The timezone command might be missing some digits when you ask the bot the time

Because Discord IDs aren't enough to humanly identify something. Followup to #16
