I think steemit is loading a lot of content via ajax and updating the url bar, but the steemswitch menu remains unupdated to reflect the new url unless you first refresh the page.

We need to make the menu items call a javascript function that gets the latest url and converts it on the fly...

Edit CONTRIBUTING.md to include how we expect new contributors to approach the project in terms of:

• questions
• utopian.io updates.

A bit more complex than straight URL domain name swapping because:

• User profile url is in format zappl.com\#!\@username instead of just domain.name\@username
• Post url also has additional #!\
• Tag listing url also has #!, and also uses \New\ instead of \topic\, \created\ etc.

In the menu, sites with no favicon are using the steemit logo. Replace with a neutral icon, probably grey.

Current menu in site headers is messy and non-extensible. Move it to the Firefox toolbar.

Steemit has a new logo. Update Steemswitch to use it.

Has same url structure as steemit, more or less.

Chainbb does not use the same url structure for viewing posts by tag. Convert in a meaningful way when transitioning to and from chainbb.
