As we generate data files at different steps in the process, we need to keep track of what data is written so we:

• Evaluate if a given step is useful later on
• Do not try to regenerate a file that already exists

As of now, the only test on reconciliation function is on sequential reconciliation with preferred source.

I should be adding :

• Testing of sequential without preferred source
• For each new method of reconciliation, implement testing with and without reconciliation

In mapping, we don't test for multiple sources aggregation.

For reconcile, I take as input a data set resulting from mapping with multiple sources (pills_delivered_ngo), we should assertain this really results from mapping
