C++版本的主程序文件是main.cpp，Python版本的主程序文件是main.py，本套程序使用opencv的dnn模块加载faster-rcnn 检测图片里出现的证件照。由于证件照属于个人私密信息，因此只从网上找到了一张既包含身份证又包含银行卡的照片。 从检测结果看，效果是很OK的
