Missing Plugin Error - Sonic 06

I created the Qt\5.5\msvc2010\plugins\platforms directory in my OS root and copied the qwindows.dll file to it but it still shows me the plugin error message, I'm not sure what to do to fix this

PackCpk error

No matter which cpk file I use, I get this error while trying to use PackCpk.exe:


Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'CpkMaker.dll' or one of its dependencies. The specified module could not be found.
   at PackCpk.Program.Main(String[] args)

Am I missing something? This file seems to work perfectly fine for others

Appropriately converting the mod into the .pac file.

Hello, it's me again!
Firstly, thank you for the support and the helpful tools.

I've completed my custom mod and used the HedgeArcEditor from SFTools to convert the mod into the .PAC files to make it compatible for Sonic Lost World, but something felt odd about the PAC files. Which the Pac.00 file has around 8MB, and the main .Pac file has 7kb. I tested out the mod, and the second I got into the game, it crashed. I've also attempted to include the original Sonic files from the same Pac file directory, but when I attempted to convert the folder into the. Pac file it wouldn't do so unless if there are less files for some reason. So I might have done something wrong or used the wrong tools to convert the mods into the.PAC files.
Is there a more appropriate way to convert the mods into the .PAC files without risking crashing the game?

Restoring converted streaming textures

I am working on a texture mod for Sonic Frontiers. To edit most textures I needed to convert them using NeedleTextureStreamingPackage. However, after re-packing the edited textures into a mod, the game runs several times slower than before. While I haven't exhausted all other possibilities, due to longer load times I was wondering if there is a possibility that processing the textures with NeedleTextureStreamingPackage causes them all to load into memory on gameplay start, instead of being streamed dynamically. The mod was supposed to reduce VRAM usage, but it doesn't, which is another clue in favor of my hypothesis.
Is there a way to re-enable the streaming for textures after editing them? NeedleTextureStreamingPackage seems to be a one-way conversion tool. Thanks in advance.

Looking up the module seems to suggest its something that could be corrected by the developer so I figured I'd report it.

I can't open the Xno Converter

Hello, I have a problem I can't open the Xno Converter because of a missing plugin. In the readme file it says that I need to install the .dll files in the "(Os root\Qt\5.5\msvc2010\plugins\platform". But I could'nt find such files, are QT or msvc2010 programs that I need to download? I 
would be grateful if you can help me.

Unhandled Exception when opening PackCPK

Whenever i open PackCPK, the unhandled exception error pops up. I have the DLL file in the folder and i have VC Redist 2015-2022. It still won't open even if i drag the CPK into the EXE. Please help. Wanted to re-rip Classic Sonic's model because the one on TMR has strange bone orientations.

ShadowModelConverter crashes and won't convert fbx file.

Hello! I've been having a go at modding Sonic Lost World with Model swapping Sonic, but I ran into a problem.
When I try to convert the chr_Sonic.fbx file by dragging and dropping it into the ShadowModelConverter.exe, it always crashed in the next second and fails to convert the model into the .shadow model format.
I've also tried to run it as Administrator, but nothing worked either. Is there a solution to this? Let me know ASAP.
