Anaconda is an ideal environment for common users as it provides an easily-used package management tool, the dependent packages of FreeROI can be installed easily in the env. Meanwhile, we should take care of the version of Qt, PyQt, and SIP, a mismatch of the package combination may cause unexpected program crash. Thus, a guideline or a script on specifying dependent package version is needed for new installation.

The binarization function doesn't work on image.

I use ubuntu 18 and follow the quick installation instruction but failed. I cannot understand the error nor searching on internet.
