I'd like to see an About or Help screen that explains how to use lift.

• Move Description and Info section to the page bottom - does not need collapsible section.
• Put Proper form links directly in the Description section (get rid of sub-page)
• Put title above timer - "Rest Timer"
• Change "Save & Next" to either "Next" or "Finished" (if last exercise in last workout). Call client.save() whenever the user clicks it.
• Move the Next button directly underneath the exercise content (above the Rest Timer).
• Single timer button - cycle between "Start" and "Stop". Start always resets timer from zero.

Should there be some help in setting your initial weight for a given exercise? Some recommendation about how to measure my max single-rep lift, and then compute my 95% weight (or whatever you recommend) for the initial weight and reps from that (like 4 hour body recommendations).
