Writing (Posting)

Implement JERM Ontology

Expected Behavior

Implement writing (posting) capabilities for all the types of content available on The FAIRDOM HUB.

Current Behavior

The current behavior is working only for data files, assays, studies, and investigations. The writing class only has implementations for those specific 4 cases.

Possible Solution

Implement the writing (posting) of new content via the JERM Ontology specified by the SEEK API in order to fulfill all the types of content.

Context

The JERM Ontology is part of the SEEK API. It specifies the format that each JSON needs to satisfy in order to be accepted by the HUB and can be found by digging into it, but I am not quite sure about any more details about it.
