BIND zone files will return responses in the order by which they are declared in the zone file. Services like Route53 on the otherhand dont seem to do this, and return responses in random order. As such this breaks decoding of payloads which are more than 255 characters in length (the max permissible value in a TXT record).

Therefore we must handle out-of-order responses.

Enable Persistence
