Add Event Length to event tabel

Condense Events Table Information

Have the Events table layout only be name, category, date time, and "view" columns. Under the view column would be a button that opens a modal which contains the full event information. This will make it a lot easier to read and view event information, and makes the front-end look a lot more professional.

Add Desription to RSO table

Event location should not be a physical address but the coordinates of the location in EPSG:900913

Recommendation: use Random number between (-9094023.322 ) - (-9075678.436) for Lon
(3003684.950-3576045.381) for Lat
