Malfunction in addons

All others addons loadeds in coreldraw will crashes if them requires acess to ResourceManager

An empty shaperange returned by command causes crash

PropertyInfo.GetValue will throw a exception after tries acesse value of a property in a empty ShapeRange, maybe anothers IEnumerable objects causes the same scenery
Command to Test

Not referenced types in returns of commands crashes addon and coreldraw

Create a command wich returns a determined not referenced type in RunCommandDocker, for exemple FileInfo, RunCommandDocker will try load assembly but AppDomain already unloaded crashing the addon

VB Command not works

VB Command not works, Activator.CreateInstance fails and throws System.IO.FileNotFoundException, in CommandProxy.cs line 71
